Making this for my in-laws for Christmas. We generally give them a little goody basket of gift cards for dinner/movies and such so I thought I would make this to put it all in. Got gauge with H hook (pattern calls for F) and am using some stash yarn that’s been lying around since June.

The bowl is currently sticky and laying across a glass bowl, taking formation! This was super fast to hook up. I can’t wait to see how it will look when it is dry. The pattern says allow for at least three days to dry so I’m going to mark this as finished since it’s just going to be sitting around for the rest of the week.

I was going to take it off the bowl tonight but it is starting to change colors and the pattern says when it goes back to its regular color then it is ready. So I will leave it alone until tomorrow night.

jeez oh man. this thing is still changing colors.

I’ve had this drying off the bowl for two days now in a room with the ceiling fan on but in the first picture you can still see where it is changing colors.
