Notes

I’m probably going to need around 56 (8x7) little circles to make a properly baby-sized blanket again. So far I have 5.

28 squares from one ball of Noro.

Circles completed (6/2): 56 of 56
Edges completed (6/23): 56 of 56

6.2.2012
Ran out of yarn with just one circle left to go. I think the second ball was short some yardage because I found a knot in it. I ended up using some leftover Noro from these socks.

6.5.2012
Working on doing the white edging. It’s kind of slow going and boring.

6.23.2012
Spent most of the day finishing the last 25 squares and realized I won’t have enough yarn to do the full border so I went ahead and called the yarn store where I purchased the Dye For Me and ordered another skein. I’m blocking these tonight and will begin weaving ends in tomorrow.

6.24.12
All ends are sewn in and squares are blocked. I’m going to start sewing them together tonight and just do as much as I can before I run out of yarn.

6.25.12
All motifs are seamed and ends are woven so as soon as the yarn arrives (and I’m back from CA) I can do the final rounds and be done! I’ve weighed the remaining skein of yarn and there’s only 6.6g left.

7.6.12
The yarn arrived yesterday and I finished the edging today. I’m glad all the ends were already taken care of. I ended up needing about half of the new skein to complete it. Also, I used the G hook for the edge to make sure it wasn’t too tight and didn’t pull in.
