5-25-2014: These mittens are special - they are extra long for layering way up under the sleeve, and they’ll have a full lace-weight alpaca lining. They are going to take quite a while to knit, but will be toasty warm. Left outer mitten finished today.
9-6-2014: Let these rest way too long - finished second outer mitten today. Will start the alpaca lining tomorrow.
9-12-2014: First lining finished today.
10-02-2014: Finished second lining today; in time for the first snow in Syracuse, NY (as long as I get them mailed off quickly) where Jack is a freshman in college :)
