December 26, 2022 Update: Here it is 15 years later.. My dear MIL is gone now. I retrieved this shawl/throw and gave it a good bath in Soak. It’s mine now, soft and cuddly warm..
April, 2007: My MIL wanted a throw/shawl for warmth as she is often cold during Arizona winters. When I was visiting her in March, I took her to a lys where she chose a color that goes well with her furniture because she wants to keep it thrown on the sofa. All I had with me was one of the little on-the-go Vogue series books, so it was from this book that she picked a pattern.
