Cute, cute hat, Pamela W. Allen! Thanks for your help in locating the star pattern. I shortened my cast-on by one repeat to make a tiny going-home-from-the-hospital size. It is about 13”.
Knitted star is from Elizabeth Zimmerman’s Knitter’s Almanac-August. Used the pink-a-boo Cotton Fleece split in half and size 0 US needles.
