Although the pattern says this hat will fit a 3-6 month old, I think it turned out more like 0-3 months. I’m sure the pattern would adapt well to larger needles and heavier yarn for larger sizes.
l liked the neatness of the ear flap shaping and love the look of the slipped-stitch-formed divided sections. I held the neck and front live stitches on dpns while knitting the ear flaps and it was a little awkward. Next time I would put them on holders.
