11-11-2013: Used these instructions found on internet for envelope pillowcase. Realized after purchasing fabric that the background fabric for the knitting should have been the same color as the yarn - the cheerful fabric shows through looking anything but cheerful! Better luck next time, Peg… :(
11-10-2013: Finished knitting - now blocking. On to the sewing of the pillowcase - I will sew the knitting onto the front piece by machine, them complete the envelope-style case.
11-4-2013: A pillow from the same yarn that my son Jim’s blanket was knit from for his birthday 4 years ago. Will use the cheerful blue, cream and gray fabric for the envelope-style pillow case.
