20091023- finished.
20091020- worked on the cuffs this morning even though the high is predicted to be 18C today! learned that picking up grey in the dark for an easily felted yarn is not easy (for me anyway) cuffs are probably about 1.5”. debating how long I want to make them. Will probably knit until I run out of yarn and then bind off with some other Mauch Chunky I have floating around. Longer cuffs in the winter are better. :)
20091018- Made it to the cuffs as we rolled into rhinebeck. put whole thing on waste yarn as i predicted and happily wore them as described below. so what if i had scraps of yarn hanging out my jacket? my fingers were WARM!!! :)
20091017-This is actually stash yarn I hadn’t ‘fessed up to. Found it when moving. Hope I finish. At 11pm two rounds past thumbs. Figure at worst will put on scrap yarn and finish thumbs and wear fingerless mitts underneath. ;)
