Wasn’t trying to match design colour (or Buddy (our cat)), but the cone was just begging to be knitted. Using a darker brown for a subtle stripe. as it’s a design to be worn over other shirts, the rustic “scratchy” yarn is delightful.

2015-12-12: starting pockets! Did sc around instead of icord. Light steam block … it fits wonderful. I can’t wait to wear it!
09-02-2015: picked up again. while it’s in the 90s this week, i’ll be happy for it (though will i finish it this year? that’d be nice)
2015-03-01: 50 repeats of back complete, 25 long repeats to go! Discovered I can knit it while watching Inspector Lewis
2014-12-29: if i can do math correctly this afternoon (unlikely) the back/body is 20% completed.
2014-12-28: right now it feels fast but I know as I get further along those repeats will feel LONG.
2014-12-26: 4mm just too far off. Let E choose the CC as my initial choice had even less contrast and i couldn’t tell them apart.
