First attempt at self-striping socks, afterthought heels and rounded toe. I don’t think I need a rounded toe, just wanted to try something different.

Progress has been slow because I’ve been too busy with other projects and Fallout 4, curse the holiday season. I was hoping to get these done by Thanksgiving but that seems unlikely. My one complaint is the tan color on my yarn is a tad too dark for my liking and there’s too many dark streaks.

Finished these just in time for Christmas. I’m not too thrilled by my forethought heels, but it works and I’m glad I used small gussets. I guess I’m more disappointed by the way the yarn was dyed, therefore my socks aren’t exactly even. Oh well, they still look nice.
