Using an i-cord cast on instead of his directions. I was introduced to it by HelloYarn in her Fiddlehead mittens. Not sure of where else the directions can be located.

Will be connecting the ends, but not with a moebius. Plan on knitting until I have at least 1000 yards used, but may end up making it much longer, since I’ll have the yarn. I’ll have to measure cowls I like to wear and check their length.

I weighed my final project when I had completed 2 sets of repeats and decided that as the pattern was written would be enough. It was, but boy, was it close. It’s a little short to wear doubled unless I want to use it as a hood, but it is the colors I love and wear often. I ended up mattress stitching the icords together without the moebius twist. I hope it gets a lot of use!
