My first ever design!!

Bottom edging - Twisted 1x1 rib. 2” of ribbed band

Sleeves and neckband - garter st. Pick 3sts for every 4 sts. Icelandic bindoff
Gauge: 18sts

Pattern for neck :
With the front side facing, start picking sts from the left shoulder (left when you wear the top), pick 3 sts for every 4 sts along left edge of the neck, pick the one stitch at the vertex of the V, PM, pick 3 sts for 4 sts along right edge of the neck and back of the neck.

R1: K upto 3 sts before marker, k2tog, K, SM, ssk, K to end.
R2: P upto 3 sts before the marker, ssp, K, SM, p2tog, p to the end
