Added 4 rows extra at the upper part of top before starting any decreases. This was to accommodate for the difference in row gauge (more details in my log diary)

The total length of the sweater knit is 18” as I did not want a long top. Used i-cord bind off.

One thing I am not a fan off is the depth of the armhole. It is very deep!

The edging for one armhole and collar is complete. I even weaved in the ends so that I do not have to worry about it later. Earlier I had mentioned how I don’t like the big armhole but after the armhole edging, that seemed to be solved. I picked up fewer stitches than what the pattern called for for the armhole.

If I was to make this top again, I will add some waist shaping.

Forgot to add, but I decided to add a bit of a pop with the color yellow in the top. One thing I realized is that the top states the size as 32” but beyond the bust the top increases in width - which matches the number of stitches the pattern is using and the gauge. But due to this the top is actually 35”

Lets see if the blocking fixes anything, which I highly doubt
