Real quick knit and an absolutely wonderful pattern. I knit the cap longer as I wanted it to cover my ears.

Added about 2 inches to the body before starting the decreases. Used the Lateral braid instead of the bind-off braid but it does not have the sane effect

Knit another hat for a gift and used the bind-off braid and boy! It does ellevate the brim all the more. Highly recommended!!!
