Challenging but worth it! The fact that the brim is shaped solely by the tension of one’s knitting (rather than plastic or cardboard inserts) led me to try it, and I am really glad I did.

Finished it! The pics are going to have to do, because there was a VERY sad accident-- DO NOT WASH THIS HAT as the pattern instructs. Your lovely hat will stretch out terribly. I’m currently trying to felt the poor thing down.
