I prefer pointier scales, so I’m adding a little picot stitch on the third row of scales. Then I’m going to experiment with TC on the ends. :)

Extended stitches make the base of the scales too fat, but 2 chains between each side of the scale gives a lovely point to them.

Made several changes to the pattern and am pretty happy with how it came out. The yarn was perfect for this project. The camera had a hard time picking up the metallic glints, but the tonal changes are gorgeous!

Have some definite ideas to change this up if I ever make another.
