After part 3, I ripped out the entire ribbing section 4 timesbecause the stitch count doesn’t work for the next section. What worked eventually was 150 double crochets on either side of the triangle. After row 29 there should be 138 double crochets on either side, after row 30 there should be 142 double crochets on either side, after row 31 there should be 146 double crochet on either side, and finally, after row 32 there should be 150 double crochets on either side making a total of 300 double crochets.

Finished. Oh yes, ignoring the written pattern and using only the charts is the way to go.

Blocking this will be a little bit awkward because it’s bigger than my blocking pads. I’ll block it in 1/3 increments.
