I CO for the biggest size (82 st) and followed the pattern until the length was about 17 cm from the neck opening. I then switched to stockinette stitch and increased like this: knit 1, m 1 on the next round. I continued in stockinette st, increasing 2 st in each side (a total of 4 st inc on the round) every 2 cm onwards. When the dress measured 39 cm from the neck opening, I purled 2 rounds, knit 2 rounds and purled 2 rounds before binding off.

Made a crochet loop in the neck opening and fastened a button. Finished and super cute!
