Notes

Started with JMCO -- 10 sts on each needle. Increased to 60 sts on the needles, then I increased 5 sts on instep, and 1 st on heel.

After 2 rep of pattern, started gusset - 8 inc every 2 rows, and 6 inc every 3 rows.

Ribbing, I eliminated the slip stitches and did mostly a 1x1 rib, with a tubular/double-knitting bind-off.
