Liking this unisex stitch pattern, the color way is manly but has some interest for the knitter!

Knit toe-up.

JMCO 10 stitches each needle. Inc to 72 stitches total. Move one stitch to 4th.

Knit instep set-up row adjusting so there are 33 sts on instep (37 stitches on heel). Knit instep chart, and heel in stockinette.

Knit even til 4.5-5.0 inches, inc for gusset, 18 stitches each side.

Heel is from Toe-up! Gusset/heel flap using the worksheet.
Center heel 12-13-12, 18 stitches each side.

Once heel is done, add 2 stitches to heel side for a total of 72 stitches, knitting heel side in stockinette, instep continues in pattern for about 1 inch.

Begin leg pattern for all sides, knit til about 1 inch left, then do 1x1 ribbing. Bind off with tubular bind off.
