Notes

Cast on 16 sts with JMCO with sock yarn. inc to 28 sts, drop sock yarn. Continue increases to 40 sts, begin garter rib pattern on instep. Knit even until there are 10 ribs (one row plain). Begin instep increases 10 each side.
