6/23 - Finished the body of the sweater and divided at the armholes. Managed to mess up the CO sts at the armholes and had to frog back. On 2nd attempt now.

7/1 - Got scared by the pre-blocked measurements - too small by a couple of inches at the bust. I had told my cousin I would bring it to her to have her try on before blocking, but that was out of the question. So, I washed the piece in cold water on short cycle, and then lay flat to dry. Magical - the yarn softened enough, and the measurements are now spot on.

7/2 - Hopefully will be dry tonight. Just to be sure, I am going to weave in the ends, but bring them to the inside and leave about an inch length “just in case” I need to go back and knit the yoke again.

Very cute pattern and just enough going on to make it a fun knit. My only complaint is that it was not at all clear to me when the BOR changed from the edge of the armhole to center back for the neck short rows. Fortunately a quick review of the Rav thread on the sweater yielded what I needed to know.
