This sweater will be a Mashup of the Playful Stripes cardigan and the Shiftalong hat (the Shiftalong sweater doesn’t come in tiny sizes).

I’ve basically replaced the stripes with the Shiftalong slipped stitch pattern. You’ll need to convert the directions from in the round to flat knitting.

When I reached the yoke, I started the slipped stitch pattern and tried to follow the directions for when to decrease, except that I figured the slipped stitch pattern wouldn’t stretch as much as the garter stitch stripes, so I worked a big longer. I had to Inc or Dec in a row to get the pattern to work, but a stitch in rows this big are not noticeable. You’ll need to convert the decrease rows to purl side - replace the knits with purls and the k2tog to p2tog.
