I found the stitch pattern in Marchant’s Fresh Brioche book, and the only way I can find to match it is through this pattern. I’m just doing a single repeat - 31 stitches.

5 repeats - 56 gr left
8 repeats - 37 gr left
10 repeats - 25 gr left
11 repeats - 19 gr left
12 repeats - 12 gr left

Looks like I have enough left for 11 repeats of the pattern
