using shape, collar and schematic but putting in other body pattern.

I love the yarn - soft, but with 8 plies, 2 x 4, it holds together well.

The fronts and back are being knitting in one piece up to armholes..
My plan for the pattern seems to be working out so far - finished the bottom ribbing, and in the middle of the set-up row for the body.

9/13 - split between fronts and back.
9/14 - about 1 inch from finishing the back.
Found a small error in the size M for the back neckline. Before beginning neckline shoulder shaping, there are 55 sts on back, and the direction say to BO 5, knit in pattern 14 (19 stitches), CO 15, knit in pattern to end - and have 20 stitches - it is 1 stitch shorter that the real number of stitches. I decided to put 20 stitches on each shoulder and work from there.

Starting on the fronts above the armhole.
9/17 - fronts and back done. The body seemed small, so I blocked it, and it grew to the right size (which is why I block my swatches!). I checked the body on my mom, and it’s a good length on her.

Now about 1/3 of the way thru the sleeves -
doing them both at the same time, magic-loop.

9/19 - Sleeves done.

9/20 - shoulder sewn together, collar knitted, with a few rows of short rows in the back neck.

9/22 sleeves are blocking and drying.
