Body:
4mm needle

One pattern repeat = 35cm over 72 rows
Length needed = 46cm (102 rows)

Front: knit round 1-72, and then 1-31
Start flat on row 32.
Knit row 32-72, and then row 1-21 before shaping.

(Seems a bit too long - worried it’s going to grow when blocked)

Sleeves:
4.5mm needles
Pick up stitches at a rate of 2 stitches per 3 rows.
Knit for 4 rounds before decreases.
Decrease every 7th round.
Decrease until 58 stitches remain.
Rib for 18 rounds on 3.5mm needles.
Switch to 3.25mm needle.
Redistribute stitches for Italian bind off set up.
Bind off using Italian bind off.
