Thanks to Rosepickle for the lovely photographs. I have my fingers crossed that this project will not be ruined once I take the impression of it for my soft ground etching.

Warning, if you are looking for a cowl that stands up and covers the neck, this is not the yarn for the job. I had only intended on knitting a swatch for printmaking purposes, but with only 119 sts I couldn’t resist knitting the whole project. This project in the Lace Silk makes a great little collar that folds over itself.
