Pretty good pattern except for the short row instructions. I used the alternate heel instructions to avoid the short rows. Find better for the next stocking.

I carried the second yarns no more than 2 stitches at a time on the inside so it is woven well. Loose threads could very easily pull while stuffing presents in it.

For the cuff:
Use provisional cast on.
Knit 8rounds
Purl 1 round
Knit 8 rounds
Fold in half
Knit 1 round while Ktog 1 stitch of the provisional cast-on stitches with each stitch of the new round you are knitting.
