K to 4th st from end of round make a short row st

turn
K to 4th st before the previous short row st make a short row st
Turn
P to 4th st before the previous short row st make a short row st
Turn
and knit 4 more rounds of 1x1 ribbing while satisfying the four german short row stitches

Carry on after the ribbing:

Change needles to 4mm

St increase row: k9 st, m1l, k8 st, m1l 13 times (114+1+13=128st)

Knit the chart starting at row 11 of the chart
