If I never use Japanese short rows again I’ll be OK with that.

Too soon to tell about these heels but they have some big gaps at the side where I had to keep sliding stitches to keep the 2 colors at different starting points. DEFINITELY not a fan of that.

I think I’ll start the heel on the second sock a few rows later - when I was done with the heel turn I can squeeze it over my ankle but I think it’d fit better with a little more stretch. This note is serving as a reminder for me to wash the first sock before I get to the heel turn on the second one…

1st sock took 14g of the felici as contrast color and 25g of the stroll handpainted. It’s too tight across the ankle. Will need more stitches somehow…
