6sc in double magic circle (to ensure center doesn’t loosen)
2sc in each stitch on round 2
1sc, 2sc on round 3.
White embroidery thread to create highlight in eye

Notes

I prefer the bigger size I got when I used an H hook, even though that meant I needed to sew a liner to prevent the stuffing from poking through.
