This was for my best friend Ant’s Birthday as he’s a massive H.P. Lovecraft fan. It’s a really fun pattern to knit and the result is very cute indeed. He was thrilled with him.

For the eye I made a knot and then sewed a tuft of black wool through it to make a slitty octopus eye.

I only gave it a difficulty rating of medium as it involved dpn’s and I find them so fiddly
