Looking forward to this test, these socks look amazing!

UPDATE 16 October: the yarn has arrived and I have started these socks tonight. I love all the patterns but finally decided on the honeycomb effect. The contrast yarn looked very green and grey, however when I pulled it out of the centre (which is how I prefer to work with it- why waste a good walk with no knitting?!) it was in a pink phase, and as it’s a relatively long colour change it looks like my contrast will be pink rather than the anticipated green. I know the yarn well, and there are very few pink parts to it, so I feel sure I will end up with one sock pink and one green! Oh well, I’ll still love them- creativity is all about being unique, and these socks certainly will be one of a kind…!
