Stockinette Stitch for 4”. Increased to 96 stitches.
Began 2/2 left cross rope cables every 12 stitches and two rounds later began decreasing 8 stitches every other round to shape the crown. When only two stitches remained between the cables, discontinued cable crossings and decreased 16 stitches on the next round. Returned to decreasing 8 stitches every other round until only 16 stitches remained. Worked K2Tog around until 3 stitches remained. Worked I-cord for about a half inch before binding off.
