First project since breaking my wrist. Gauge is not crucial so the irregularity in my gauge now won’t matter - especially after blocking. Haven’t decided about the contrasting yarn for the i-cord edge & loops.

After my therapy was finished, I had to finish a wedding gift afghan, so it wouldn’t be later than the 1st anniversary!!

CLINCHER:

I like that pattern. It’s easy mindless knitting until the end, so it’s great for a portable project.

My Mod:
I wanted to use up all of my Regia, so I knitted an additional 10 rows, which made the bandana a very generous scarf or asymmetrical shawlette. I began the color change a couple rows earlier than indicated in the pattern because I literally ran out of the main Color Regia. When knitting the attached I-cord loop edging, I added a few extra rows to make the loops longer, which seemed necessary because I had so much more bulk, with the additional 10 rows.

What I Learned:
I will make another but if I add a multiple of 10 rows again, I will make the I-cord loops wider. I’ll do the math and work it out because although the loops I have now are sufficient, I will like it better with them thicker. I’m not going to frog the edge over this.
