This was a really fun and quick knit! The lace pattern is only two rows, so memorized in no time, and it flies along.

I really like the shaped shoulders -- definitely gives it a more flattering fit. Also the zig zag of the lace somehow gives the shoulder and neck an interesting line -- very cool -- it looks fancy.

Definitely great to throw on for fall evenings.

My modifications:

• When changing to and from Baroque in the body I knitted two rows of Stockinette (k1 row, p1 row) instead of 2 rows of Garter (k 2 rows).
• For the turtleneck, I knit about 4 inches with smallest needle, 2 in. middle needle, and 2 inches with the largest needle. Because that yarn had a different texture, I wanted to make sure it relaxed enough at the outer edge of the neck.
• I made the body about 3 inches shorter than the pattern called for because I am short. :D
