It was fun to make Kindness Shawl with Katia Fair Cotton.

I didn’t follow the row counts to change the stitch pattern. Instead, I transitioned from one section to another by following the colour change in the yarn . It took a bit of trail and error, but the stitch pattern transition looked more natural with the colour change.

The yardage of Katia Fair Cotton was greater than what Kindness Shawl called for. I originally considered adding an extra lace border. The experiment didn’t go well, so I decided to finish the shawl with picot bind-off.
