There are pages and pages of instructions for the shoulders which I have avoided reading until I need to. Right off the bat, as the short rows came up and a new color stripe would need to start, I could not understand how the directions “Note that no turning stitch is worked when changing to a new color yarn (see video at www. Petiteknit.com)” could possibly work. Wouldn’t there be a hole in the fabric?
I watched the video on the website and even though I couldn’t understand Danish, I saw exactly what she was doing, which was turning the work and starting a new color with no turning stitch.

After I got through many of the short rows, I took a picture to remind myself how the pattern is designed to do that. The new color starts on the cast on stitches, no fabric to gap. Kind of genius.

Almost done. This has been fun to knit with all the different colors, but no stranded color work.
