Why I won’t use Brown Sheep Yarn again. This was a flawed skein of Lambs Pride. The color did not go all the way through. I was out of town so I knit it anyways hoping it would look like a design feature. It did not. I emailed them about it.

They were very rude about it and never even said they were sorry. Acted like I was bothering them and made me send the hat in then never even reimbursed me for shipping. Will never buy Lambs Pride again. They did send me back a skein of black that was dyed correctly but with no note, no nothing. The lady there actually asked me if this yarn was Lambs Pride or Lanaloft. Don’t they even know what their own yarn looks like? Lanaloft is 100% wool and Lambs Pride is furry with 15% mohair. I had left the ball band in the State of Washington and told them so. When they received the hat and skein; all they could say was “I was very disappointed that I did not receive the label”
