When did I start these?
Missing lots of early photos, I suspect.

Kristin and I ordered Socks that Rock in fall 2021 or winter 2022. Rec’d yarn, probably spring 2022.

Hid the last end on 090622.

I used 68 sts around, but if starting over, would go back to the 64 that the pattern calls for. Ankle is a bit loose. The extra sts necessitated some extra fiddling around the heel. See photo for my chicken scratch notes.

The yarn is interesting - a big heavier than I was expecting for sock yarn and with a cottony feel. They are lovely on the foot - lucky Emily!

Oh my golly, had to take a photo of the needles to see what size they are! Used 5” US size 1. Then painted them with nail polish for future identification and made sort of a mess of it.

Tiny bit of yarn left over. Called the project 395 yards for Knit Meter.

Yarn is superwash merino, 3-ply, approx 405 yds/307 m/5.15 oz/146g/14 WPI/28-32 sts = 4” per label. I got just a smidge under 8 sts per inch in stockinette stitch.
