This was a nice, simple pattern to dip my toes into garment-shaping, and it made a great birthday gift for my brother’s girlfriend after the two of them bought me the book!

The yarn ended up being a little brighter/paler than the golden color we saw when picking it out on the website, but it was still a nice color and the starchy feeling washed away on a normal gentle machine wash and tumble dry on low heat.
