They are prevalent even with aggressive blocking and steaming

The yarn:
I do like the colour palette. The spinning not so much. See last photo. Lots of pilling and nubs and uneven product where portions had to be cut out. This isn’t isolated to one colour or isolated portions of skeins. Maybe it wants to be tweed?
