OWL Proposal

Stuck on one of the fronts. Putting into hibernation until I find time to finish.

I am including this project as part of a 5-garment Detention OWL for Winter 2017. My plan is to knit the second sleeve, seam the pieces together, and add the collar. I still need to weave in all the ends, wash/block, and add buttons.
