This is going to be a simple vest. Blue stripe widths will come from the decimal digits of Sqrt(2). Stripes will be separated by ecru. When the digit is zero, the ecru will be twice as wide.

I am letting it rest before grafting and sewing and knitting the borders… it takes will power to be patient!

Picking this up again. I have to undo the neckline border (I picked too few stitches and it is too narrow and pluckers)
One armhole is done, I just counted:

16 “live” stitches in the front piece underarm, 1 stitch per row all around (76(?)+1+82), 16 “live” from the back piece underarm
