This was an experiment with the colors, as the yarn I wanted to try didn’t have any options for solids or very much value difference. More than anything, I just wanted to try the yarn, and the pattern, and although they might not have been the best mix, I like both of them.

The Sea Coast blue was limited edition and there wasn’t enough to purchase, but I finally found 2 more skeins in someone’s stash on here, and she was willing to sell, so I’m extremely thankful!! I tried to substitute with other colorways, but it was just not matching. I had to rip it all out. It will be short sleeved now, and this yarn is very breathable and light, so it will be a great spring sweater, maybe into summer too. I may cast on around the neck for a narrow rib in the end.

My bottom rib was a 2x2 rib, with same US3 needle, and only 1”/2.5cm long. I bound off with JMCO using a US5.
