This is my second knit scarf. It’s rated as being easy, in terms of technical stitches. But going line-by-line on the pattern is a little taxing. When I first started, I was like, “Imma gonna make this for EVERYONE!” and now I’ll be lucky if I finish this before winter is over. I really like it, and I will eventually seam the ends together to make it a cowl because the first two rounds are a little loose compared to what I’m doing now. I like to hide my early mistakes by turning everything into an infinity scarf.

I would also add that the pattern could have been simpler. Several rows are written as:
Row 18: repeat Row 10
(goes to Row 10)
Row 10: repeat Row 5

Really? Why couldn’t Row 18 say repeat Row 5? It caused a bit of anxiety in the beginning, just making sure that I was reading the correct row. But I rewrote it separately to make it easier for me.
