This dress was knit with a long tail cast on of 98 stitches and 7 repeats of the pattern shown on the chart. I followed my usual in the round modifications for a full skirt found here

Decreases were made in rows 30 and 31. I alternated between blue and green for the decreases choosing which which color would best continue the flow of the pattern. I started row 28 of the seasonal dresses pattern after row 31 of this skirt.
