Cast on 99 stitches to create a full skirt reducing to 36 at the waist.

Update 8/22/17- chart added on left. This chart uses a cast on of 96 stitches with 6 repeats of the 16 stitch design. To center one of the 6 flowers on the front.of the dress, it would be best to begin the chart in the center of the flower on column 8 or 9.
