Yardage given is for two hot pads.

I’m not sure how I managed to make one of these not square. I guess I either misjudged when to stop working in rounds or I didn’t have my edges aligned quite right when I seamed it.

From past experience of having this style of hot pad un-origami itself in the wash and then having a very hard time getting it back into its proper shape, I stopped midway through seaming to grab a strand of yarn from the opposite side of the work, effectively tacking the two sides together on the inside at the midpoint. It does not show at all on the outside.
