I knitted these little mice over 15 months, obviously stopping to do other things and then going back.
Once I decided that I wanted it to take part in the Christmas tree festival for charity I got my groove on and was churning out a mouse in 10 days at one point.

Most people loved the maid carrying the Christmas pudding but I think my favourite is the two mice having a private moment under the mistletoe.

The star on the top of the tree was not featured in the original pattern but I took it from another of Alan Dart’s patterns - the free christmas fairy pattern from his website.

I feel totally at a loss now that it’s finished - feels like I’ve been knitting mice for ever!
